Sales Manager - Restaurants & Events

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to represent two of Leicester’s most exciting rooftop destinations – Miradora Rooftop and LSQ Rooftop. From intimate private dining to large-scale celebrations, you’ll be the key player in growing our bookings, building relationships, and showcasing our stunning venues to the city and beyond.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow group dining, private hire, and events at both venuesBuild strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community contactsActively source and secure new business through networking, outreach, and creative marketingRespond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings while maximising revenueRepresent the rooftops at networking events, trade shows, and promotional activitiesWork closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfactionWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales experience in hospitality, events, or leisure (multi-site experience a plus)Strong knowledge of the Leicester market and existing local connectionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organised, target-driven, and proactiveAble to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
