The company:We're working with a leading UK based business that specialise in the design and manufacture of retail displays. Their client list reads like a who's who of the world's most famous luxury and beauty brands. Due to impressive growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their team of 100 people in North East London (20 mins from Liverpool St). The roleWorking closely with two other Account Managers and reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage the design and delivery of complex retail displays across the UK and Ireland. Your client contacts will be design managers, brand managers and occasionally heads of procurement. It's important you have experience of leading online/in person meetings and ensuring projects run to time and budget. So you'll need:A strong grasp of account management fundamentalsFlexibility to travel to UK based clients on a weekly basisAn understanding of the design process and how to brief a studioA commercial understanding of marginsA Process-oriented outlookClear communication skillsThe ability to identify sales opportunities within accountsA personable, outgoing demeanourWhat's in it for you?This business offer a fun, friendly working environment and have an excellent retention rate.
