Pricing & Subscriptions Specialist – Remote based - £80-90k plus competitive benefits packageA fast growing customer focused entertainment business is looking for a Pricing & Subscriptions Specialist to join their fast-growing team. You will be involved in designing pricing models, subscription strategies, and customer propositions that drive growth, retention, and competitiveness worldwideWhat you’ll do:Develop, define and optimise global pricing and subscription strategies Develop and manage strategy for add-ons, extras, and one-off/recurring offersAnalyse data, market trends, and competitors to inform decisionsBuild compelling customer propositions and work collaboratively with product and marketing teamsPartner across Finance, Sales, and Operations to align strategy and executionReport on KPIs and deliver insights to senior leadershipWhat we’re looking for:5+ years’ experience working on subscription strategies and pricing models in customer-facing propositions with a proven track record of resultsRelevant experience working in a B2C entertainment, subscription-driven businessStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsExcellent communication and cross-team collaborationBy joining this organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on a globally successful franchise, contribute to exciting new projects, and be part of a company that hugely values both it’s own employees as well as it’s customers.
