You’ll provide SHE guidance, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents, deliver training, and ensure compliance with CDM and health, safety, and environmental legislation. This role requires national travel and occasional overnight stays, helping drive a positive safety culture, support sustainability initiatives, and work closely with managers and regulatory bodies to improve performance across sites.What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of CDM RegulationsNEBOSH certification (general or construction)Experience in road construction, infrastructure, or road maintenanceConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsFlexible to travel nationwide (company car provided)The PackageUp to £47,000Company car & benefitsCareer development with a leading industry employer
