Senior Product Manager | Platform Modernisation & AI AutomationI’m partnering with a highly advanced, tech-enabled vertical market business embarking on a fundamental transformation of its core platform.This is a senior Product Manager role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with genuine input into strategy, prioritisation, and long-term platform direction.The challenge (and opportunity):A complex estate across three core platformsSignificant technical debt built up over timeService delivery that still relies heavily on manual, offshore processesA clear mandate to modernise core services and rethink how the platform operates at scaleThe ambition is bold but practical: To build a real AI-driven automation layer that maps, orchestrates, and moves data and workflows across the entire product ecosystem, reducing risk caused by legacy environments and creating a clear competitive advantage in a market still weighed down by outdated technology.As Product Manager, you will:Build a deep understanding of the current product, platform, and services landscapeOwn and drive a complex, long-term modernisation roadmapWork closely with engineering, service delivery, R&D, and professional servicesAdvise the MD on what to prioritise, what to modernise, and what to retireLook externally at competitors and best-in-class platforms to challenge internal thinkingThis role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic Product Manager who enjoys operating in complex environments, tackling technical debt, and turning AI and automation into real operational change, not just featureSalary is paying up to £80k with up to 10% bonus, private healthcare, EV salary sacrifice scheme, pension and 25 days annual leave. The business is remote first with no expectation to be in the office.
