You will be responsible for delivering outstanding results across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost (SPQVC) metrics, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.Key Responsibilities: Provide strong, hands-on leadership to your production cell, ensuring daily targets are met safely and efficiently.Drive performance through coaching, monitoring, and motivating your team to achieve high standards in quality and output.Champion Lean principles and embed a culture of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimisation.Collaborate closely with Value Stream Managers to support strategic goals and deliver operational excellence.Ensure compliance with all HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment & Energy) standards and company policies.
