Junior Commercial Lawyer/ Legal Contracts Specialist

About the Role:Our customer, a wellness technology company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Lawyer/ Legal Contracts Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their legal career, including non-qualified or foreign-qualified candidates, with experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements within a global business environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and mark up a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, retail, wholesale, marketplace, sponsorship, and SaaS agreements.Assist with updating contract templates and providing opinions on contractual clauses.Support contract management processes, including filing, tracking, and general administration.Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions in a fast-paced, international environment.Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in risk management initiatives.Requirements:Previous experience working in-house, ideally within a global company.Familiarity with US contracts is highly desirable.Strong contract review and drafting skills, with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Proactive, organised, and comfortable handling both legal and administrative tasks.About ElevateElevate provides consulting, technology and services to law departments and law firms across the globe.
