We invest in our people and support flexible, high-performance work.RoleWe are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and support the development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related technologies. You will work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams and cyber security engineers to deliver secure, integrated services with a focus on automation, data integration and user experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications (CE, Sales, Service etc.)Develop solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and DataverseIntegrate APIs with Dynamics 365 and external systemsExtend Dynamics using JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) where appropriateMaintain secure coding standards aligned to cyber security principlesCollaborate with architects to ensure scalable, performant, and secure solutionsContribute to CI/CD pipeline integration, testing and deploymentDocument solutions and participate in knowledge transferEssential skills and experienceProven commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant or Developer)Strong understanding of Dataverse data structure and securityHands-on experience building Canvas Apps and automating business processes with Power AutomateProficient in JavaScript and/or C# (.NET Core) for extending capabilitiesExperience integrating external APIs and using custom connectorsFamiliarity with modern DevOps practices and GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelinesAwareness of cyber security best practices and secure development lifecycle (SDLC)
