Digital Talent ManagerLocation: Remote | Must be UK basedSalary: £35,000RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the main point of contact for creators, offering career guidance, brand development, and partnership strategySource, pitch, and negotiate brand collaborations that align with each creator’s audience, values, and goals Identify new growth opportunities across social platforms, product lines, events, and mediaMaintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, and industry contacts to maximize opportunities for creatorsMonitor campaign results, engagement data, and creator performance to inform strategy and future dealsIdentify and onboard emerging creators who align with the agency’s vision and client needsMAIN REQUIREMENTS2+ years experience as a talent agent within a talent agency (working with digital)Proven success negotiating and closing high-value brand or media partnershipsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
