You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.Collaborate with a team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.ABOUT YOU3PQE+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious and/or non-contentious matters.Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.ROLE HIGHLIGHTS£25K annual bonus after 2 years of employmentFlexible working hours, fully remote position with bi-monthly team meetingsDedicated support including an assistant and full IT supportProvision of equipment such as a laptop, phone, and land-lineAccess to high quality employment law work without unrealistic targetsIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply today or get in touch on the contact details below.
