Part-Time/Fractional Chief People Officer | Film Post-Production & SaaS | UK-Headquartered, Global Teams Are you an experienced People leader with a passion for the film, film-tech, or SaaS sectors? Our client, a well-established private equity-backed business with over 20 years of success, is seeking a part-time/fractional Chief People Officer to join their team. Headquartered in the UK, this dynamic company supports talented teams across London, Los Angeles, Florida, and Atlanta. About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned operator with experience working across UK and U.S. markets to step into a pivotal HR leadership role. Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Team, driving a forward-thinking People Strategy that supports business growth, cultural evolution, and investor expectations. Key Responsibilities:Partner with CEO and Executive Team as a trusted advisor on all people mattersDevelop and implement a robust People Strategy for growth and cultural integrationLead leadership development and support integration across acquired businessesOversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy, compliance, and case managementManage HRIS reporting and insights via Bob (HiBob)Coordinate payroll oversight in collaboration with FinanceEnsure consistent people practices across UK and US teams About You:Demonstrable expertise in film, film-tech, SaaS or relevant sectorsExperience managing international HR functions (UK essential, US advantageous)Hands-on, strategic, and operational HR leadership styleStrong communicator and cultural ambassador Key Information:Part-time: approx. 2.5 days per weekFlexible arrangements possible (part-time, fixed-term or consultancy via limited company subj. to IR35)Structured handover beginning Q4 2025 Salary: Budget circa £70-80K annuallyIf you’re ready to play a key role in shaping the people agenda of a forward-thinking business through an exciting phase of growth and change, we want to hear from you!
