Our service is staffed by pharmacy professionals who interact directly with patients via video calling software, leading to improved health outcomes, reduced medication wastage, and sustainable financial savings.Role DescriptionThis is a part time contract role for a Remote Monitoring Pharmacy Technician. The Pharmacy Technician will monitor patients' medication administration via video call and provide support to ensure accuracy and adherence to prescribed treatments. Key responsibilities include wellbeing checks, managing repeat medication, liaising with GP surgeries and pharmacies, contacting family members and ensuring effective communication with patients and team members to improve health outcomes.Shifts between 7am -11pm availableShift length between 1-3 hours available 7 days a weekFlexibility available according to availabilityWould suit a candidate looking to supplement their existing income as there is no guarantee of a minimum number of shiftsPay rate of £16.50 per hourCandidate RequirementsMust be a GPhC registered Pharmacy TechnicianMust have quiet, private space to work fromMust have PC/LaptopMust have, or be willing to arrange personal indemnity insuranceExcellent time keeping and organisational skills are essentialExcellent customer service skills to interact effectively with patients and their familiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environmentKnowledge of Microsoft applications desirableWeekday and Morning availability desirableReferences required upon request
