Event Manager

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 | UK-based | Full-time, Permanent | Remote with Oversea TravelTRBusiness is a leading B2B media and events company in the global travel retail industry, producing market-leading publications, digital content, and prestigious international events including the TR Consumer Forum and the Global Travel Retail Awards.We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Event Manager to take full ownership of our events from start to finish — from planning, budgeting, and marketing through to onsite delivery and post-event review. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and partners worldwide, essentially, we are currently looking at two overseas trips a year in this role.What You’ll Do:·      Manage the full event cycle — planning, budgets, logistics, marketing & delivery.·      Lead stakeholder relationships with sponsors, delegates 'suppliers.·      Drive event marketing campaigns across multiple channels.·      Oversee awards entry & judging processes.·      Deliver outstanding events that exceed expectations.What You’ll Bring:·      2+ years in B2B event management (awards/conferences preferred).·      Proven end-to-end project management skills.·      Strong organisational, budgeting & marketing experience.·      Confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise.·      Knowledge of Canva & Evessio advantageous.·      Willingness to travel internationally.Perks & Benefits:·      Competitive salary·      Remote working·      25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas closure·      Pension scheme·      Overseas Travel
