From supermarket shelves to social feeds to bookshelves, we’re on a mission to make plant-based food delicious, joyful and accessible to everyone.About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and creative Recipe Development Chef to join our team full-time in our Hammersmith studio. This is a hybrid role that combines recipe development, shoot support, kitchen management, and cross-functional collaboration.You’ll play a key role in shaping what the world sees from BOSH! across our social channels, cookbooks, partnerships, and commercial projects. This isn’t a traditional kitchen job, it’s a fast-paced, creative, social-first food role at the heart of one of the UK’s most-loved food brands.Key ResponsibilitiesRecipe Development & ContentDevelop original, crowd-pleasing plant-based recipes for social media, cookbooks, and partnershipsTest, refine, and write recipes to BOSH!’s house styleCook and style recipes on set for short-form video shootsSupport long-form video filming with recipe prep, cooking and on-set food coordinationKeep ahead of food and social media trends to spark new ideasCommercial & PartnershipsDevelop and test bespoke recipes for branded content partnershipsLead food preparation and styling for commercial shoot daysAttend brand meetings to translate creative briefs into delicious, achievable recipesAssist with investor meetings, food showcases, and campaign launchesStudio & Kitchen ManagementManage day-to-day running of our kitchen and food studioOrder ingredients and supplies, track spend, and minimise food wasteMaintain food safety, kitchen cleanliness and organisationOversee fridge, pantry and freezer stock rotationOrder general office kitchen and shoot supplies as neededTeam CollaborationWork closely with the content, partnerships, and product teams to bring ideas to lifeLiaise with publishers on cookbook timelines, recipe testing and deliverySupport food-related tasks across the wider business as neededSkills & AttributesDesirable: Proven experience in recipe development, ideally in a media or brand environmentDeep knowledge of plant-based cooking with a passion for flavour, nutrition and creativityConfident using Google Sheets, Docs and task management tools like ClickUpA confident self-starter who can manage multiple deadlinesHighly organised with excellent time management and attention to detailGreat communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving cultureUnderstanding of current food trends and social-first food contentCalm and capable on shoot days, able to problem-solve, multitask, and make food look great on cameraWhy Join BOSH?Be part of a pioneering brand reshaping how the world eatsStep out of the traditional kitchen and into a beautiful, purpose-built food studioWork with a mission-driven team in a creative, social-first environmentPlay a central role in content that reaches millionsContribute to exciting commercial partnerships, campaigns, and bestselling cookbooksShape the future of plant-based foodDiversity & InclusionWe welcome applications from brilliant people of all backgrounds.
