We are looking for a Site Engineering Reliability & Maintenance Lead to play a key role in strengthening this client’s site asset maintenance performance, improving engineering equipment reliability and driving a manufacturing site towards a proactive, data-led maintenance culture.You will lead a maintenance and reliability strategy that prioritises planned and predictive maintenance over reactive work. In this engineering maintenance leadership role, you will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset life.This role is ideal for a senior engineer, a Maintenance Planner, a Maintenance Manager or a Continuous Improvement Engineer who is ready to lead, passionate about reliability, structured modern maintenance, and continuous improvement, and who wants to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities - Site Engineering Reliability & Maintenance LeaderLead the implementation of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) Take the helm of a large site’s asset maintenance management strategy.
