Systems Trainer Location: Remote (UK-based)Type: 6 Month FTCSalary: circa £42,000 The ClientThe client is a digital learning agency specialising in engaging, modern training designed for today’s workforce. They are known for creating high-impact microlearning content that is concise, engaging, and practical, helping organisations transform training into something people actually enjoy.The RoleThis is a hands-on Systems Training Design role focused on creating walkthroughs for digital tools, particularly AI-powered workplace technologies. You will design and build learning experiences like videos, Demos, and webinars that help users understand how to apply tools such as AI assistants, automation platforms, and productivity software in real-world contexts.Sitting at the intersection of training design, systems thinking, and user experience, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex tools into simple, intuitive learning journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DesignDesign and create training for systems, software tools, and AI platformsCreate realistic, scenario-based learning aligned to workplace use casesEnsure simulations are intuitive, engaging, and aligned to learning objectivesAI & Digital Tools LearningDevelop training focused on AI tools (e.g. copilots, generative AI, automation workflows)Stay up to date with emerging workplace technologiesUse AI tools to support content creation and prototypingEssential ExperienceExperience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Systems TrainerHands-on experience creating systems simulations or software walkthroughsExperience with digital tools / AI platforms,Experience using authoring toolsComfortable with recording videos, editing videos and leading webinarsStrong interest in AI, digital tools, and emerging technologiesIf the above E-learning job is of interest and you want to know more, get in touch or apply using the form.
