This role supports Orange Logic customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. Customer Success Managers focused on building customer loyalty measured and reflected through retention, expansion, and advocacyYou Role at Orange Logic:Works with customers to drive adoption, advocacy, retention, expansion, and overall successRegular engagement with client stakeholders as the primary point of contactDeveloping, executing, and continuously improving on account / success plansOrganizing with other teams servicing customers like professional services, support, operations and product development to align on outcomesCommunicating effectively with both internal and external teams to ensure superb customer satisfactionEnsuring that requests are addressed in a timely and effective mannerInitiating enhancements to our products by continuously seeking out relevant customer feedbackStrategic planning for developing the customer success functionIdeal Qualifications:Obtained a bachelor’s degreeExperience supporting enterprise clients in a similar roleStrong experience in technology required, experience with SaaS softwareDigital Asset Management or Media Asset Management experience is preferredKnowledgeable of a customer success playbook/strategyAble to present and communicate effectively, critically problem-solve, develop strong client relationships, and manage expectationsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to develop strong client relationships and manage expectationsAnalytical thinker who can translate complex business needs into feasible solutions.Capable of managing a set amount of client accountsPerks of joining the team:Competitive compensation + benefitsRemote Work EnvironmentHow to get started: If you're excited by meaningful challenges and want to build something that matters, we encourage you to apply!By submitting this application, I certify that all information provided herein is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
