Associate HR Business Partner37 Hours per weekSalary between £39k - £42kNorse Group has an exciting opportunity for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role is based in our Head Office in Norwich.This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Alternative working patterns and hours of work would be considered for the right candidate.The RoleAs an Associate HR Business Partner, you will be working as part of a dynamic and effective team, who deliver expert business partnering services providing advice, support and guidance across the business.The Norse Group offers a broad range of services, including facilities management, property services and specialist care facilities with sites nationwide. This variety offers a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills and expertise within a varied and diverse business.The Role will require you to:Build and maintain effective HR business partnering relationships across designated portfolio areas, developing a working understanding of the individual business areas, their business model and work they do so that HR services are aligned and support the development of an engaged and high performing workforceSupport change management programmes including the development of consultation documents and supporting individual consultation meetings for both business restructures and TUPE transfers.Coach, guide and influence a range of stakeholders to get improved outcomes across the businessWork in line with agreed SLAs to deliver excellent customer serviceMonitor and review HR policies and practices to ensure they are in line with best practice and current legislationBe adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentThe ideal candidate will have:An ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet key SLA'sExcellent communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships across all levelsof the businessAn ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider aims and strategiesBe Level 5 CIPD qualified or be part-qualified or similarAn understanding of HR functions and systemA full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve travel to other sites.Our OfferBetween £39k - £42k25 Days annual leave + bank holidaysOccupational sick payPension provisionOn-site free parkingProfessional training and development with potential to attain professional qualificationsWe are committed to employment practices and behaviours which encourage diversity, promote equality of treatment and eliminate unlawful and or unfair discrimination.We reserve the right to close this vacancy once we have received sufficient applications.
