Data Analyst

A leading global technology company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their GO Systems Support Team. This team bridges operations, product, and engineering, providing analytics support, operational efficiency improvements, and project tracking for high-priority initiatives.Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of projects to identify improvements.Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to implement tooling changes, conduct root-cause analyses, and audit workflows.Support day-to-day program execution and manage communication with multiple stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track team performance.What do I need?Proven experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.Proficiency in SQL and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Experience managing multiple tasks and presenting findings through clear data visualization.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.Experience with large-scale datasets.Exposure to operations or process improvement roles.Familiarity with process design tools (Lucidchart, Figma).2–5 years of relevant experience.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in operations-focused data analysis, ideally in big tech environments.This opportunity is a 4-month contract with the possibility to be extended.
