Here we are free from fear of failure, free to ask the right questions and make bold decisions. Your New RoleThis role is a key member of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The role is accountable for developing and implementing change management strategies for one or multiple ongoing initiatives within the organization. Works closely with the Director Change Management and the TMO team to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects. Provide change management leadership and support for major change initiatives :Coordinate Change across a number of projects ensuring change is delivered in a coordinated way Partner with project leaders and project managers on successful delivery of the initiative Ensure adherence to company change management frameworks Perform change impact assessments to identify key risks and resistance to successful implementation Develop and deliver on comprehensive partner engagement, communications, and training plans to ensure project success Create plans for measuring adoption and success of change May run work with external service providers Participates in AZ project management and change management communities of practice to share standard methodologies and findingsEssential CriteriaExpertise in change management, with a consistent record of delivering successful change projects Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives Strong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external links Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ business Consistent record in delivering high risk programme/projects and decision making Ability to convince and run negotiations across a complex groupDesirable CriteriaFormal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologies Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context Pharmaceutical R&D experience WHY ASTRAZENECA?It's an exciting time to join AstraZeneca, a global business that's rapidly growing - there's a lot happening and even more to come.
