This is ideal for someone looking for an interesting role to fit around other commitments.The role is remoteThe roleWe’re looking for a highly organised Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring activity for a growing tech company.You'll be responsible for managing the early life cycle of recruiting, including sifting applicant CV's, sourcing candidates, conducting assessment calls and sharing detailed notes via the ATS.Additionally, you'll need good experience searching for passive candidates on Linkedin.QualificationsExperience in candidate facing recruitmentStrong Communication and Interviewing skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsProficiency with recruitment software and toolsPrevious experience in a remote work environment is a plus
