Commercial & Contracts ManagerLocation: Flexible, couple of days a month in BristolSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Additional BenefitsOur client, a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, is seeking an experiencedCommercial & Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team within a tech led defence programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security excellence.What You’ll Do:Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers.Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements.Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a commercial/contracts role within aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, multinational environment.A commercially astute individual with a solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.If you’re ready for your next challenge and want to work in a role where your expertise has a global impact, we want to hear from you.
