This remote contract role supports high-impact initiatives within the Lloyd’s of London insurance and reinsurance ecosystem.Key Qualifications:10–15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in the insurance industry, with a focus on P&C and Casualty lines.Proven track record as a Business Analyst working across Claims, Policy, and Underwriting functions.In-depth knowledge of the Lloyd’s of London market and its regulatory framework.Strong background in insurance/reinsurance operations and supporting technologies.Skilled in data analysis and experienced with reporting tools for delivering business insights.Expertise in producing high-quality documentation: business cases, specifications, wireframes, and report templates.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business users to gather, validate, and analyze requirements.Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation.Organize and facilitate brainstorming workshops for solution design and planning.Prepare clear and structured business requirements and functional documentation.Develop and manage comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and metrics.Partner closely with IT teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
