URL: Subsidiaries Mistral Solutions: - Solutions- Title: Business Development Manager - AerospaceEmployment Type: Fulltime permanentLocation: Hybrid / Remote (UK-based) with 50% travel to clients / prospectsAbout the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic Aerospace BDM to drive growth across aerospace and defence sectors. You’ll lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing—while building and nurturing relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1s & MRO providers. What You’ll DoDevelop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targetsManage & grow a valued account portfolio, building deep relationships across Procurement, Engineering & Programmer teamsCoordinate with engineering, operations & marketing to ensure alignment on technical solutionsMonitor market trends & competitor activity, feeding strategic insights into the businessLead pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting in CRMRepresent the company at trade shows, industry forums & client visitsMentor sales staff and foster a high-performance team environmentWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in aerospace or technical sales (Tier1, OEM, MRO focus)Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldTechnical Acumen: Strong understanding of aerospace systems/components / Mechanical engineering (e.g., Wings, Aerostructures, bearings, avionics, interiors)Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation 'stakeholder managementTools: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) & MS OfficeTravel: Willingness to travel 50–70% in UK 'some part of EuropeNice to HaveExperience with Airbus, Boeing or Tier 1 suppliersFamiliarity with UK/EU aerospace MRO and supply chainsMultilingual skills (e.g., French, German or Spanish) for expanded market reach“We're an equal opportunity employer.
