We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. • Manage and maintain diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling queries professionally. • Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions. • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Assist with project coordination, data analysis, and reporting as required. • Support in organising company events, conferences, and client hospitality. • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. • Monitor and respond to correspondence, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.Skills & Experience RequiredEssential: • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Professional, confident, and discreet approach.Desirable: • Experience within the insurance, financial services, or professional services sector. • Knowledge of CRM systems and office management tools.Personal Attributes • Proactive and able to work on own initiative. • Adaptable with a flexible approach to changing priorities. • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude. • Commitment to delivering high standards and excellent customer serviceBenefits • Competitive salary package. • Pension scheme. • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. • Opportunities for professional development and training. • Supportive and friendly working environment in the heart of Leicester.
