We will also go the extra mile to give any support you might find helpful during the interview process.The Commercial Officer will support the Commercial Manager in the successful implementation of the Commercial Teams strategic plan. This plan includes ambitious income targets from corporate sponsors, keeping a focus on delivering partnership rights and benefits to an excellent standard, as well as a flexible and entrepreneurial approach to developing new income streams and opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Commercial Manager in managing all aspects of ParalympicsGBs corporate partnerships to ensure they deliver value over the entire life of the partnership. This includes; arranging and contributing at partner meetings including strategy and planning meetings, ensuring contractual commitments are delivered on time and to budget, managing the sign off process for partner materials and contributing to the planning and delivery of partner workshops and events.Proactively working to understand the objectives and priorities for each Partnership, actively listening to their challenges and ideas in order to provide an excellent level of service for each Partner, and build strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally to underpin smooth delivery of all partnership rights and benefits.In agreement with the Commercial Manager, take responsibility for the delivery of certain corporate partnership activities including:End to end management of athlete appearances, including sourcing available athletes, briefing, travel logistics, on-the-day attendance, keeping contact information up to date (CRM) and processing invoices.Working with sports clubs or coaches to arrange sport taster sessions for Partner employees, liaising with venues and facilities on all requirements, on-the-day attendance, branding, and management of payments post event.Ensuring that partners are kept up to date with ParalympicsGB matters through sharing newsletters or event invitations / managing RSVPs and replies as needed.Acting as a supporting point of contact for delivery agencies on partner activations through ParalympicsGBs and Team GBs Get Set schools programme including Aldis Get Set to Eat Fresh and British Gass Get Set for Positive Energy activities.Working internally with Communications team colleagues to support with the production of co-branded social media content or other partner initiatives as required.Working internally with Social Impact team colleagues to support delivery of sponsorship rights through ParalympicsGBs Every Body Moves powered by Toyota programme, which may include aspects of campaign calendar planning, content production, securing Partner sign off for regular newsletter and website content, and collating results for reporting requirements.Support events and engagements such as Beyond the Podium (D&I) panels, 121 athlete mentoring meetings, and Partner Day hosted events.
