A lovely primary school in Harrow is looking for a Nursery Manager to lead their brand-new early years provision. Position Details: Role: Nursery Manager Type: Full-time, Term Time Only Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm Salary: Competitive, based on experience Location: Harrow The School: Rated Good by Ofsted Supportive leadership team focused on CPD and professional development New provision with 16 children and 4 practitioners, growing to 32 places over time Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above (Level 4/5 desirable) Ideally 1+ year of Nursery Manager or Room Leader experience (strong practitioners with less experience considered) Strong EYFS knowledge and leadership skills Confident managing a team and maintaining high standards of care and education Why Apply?
