What You’ll Be DoingWith full training and support, you’ll learn to:Research businesses across Germany and Europe to understand market trendsIdentify, engage, and screen high-potential candidates in both German and EnglishConduct interviews to understand candidates’ motivations and career goalsProspect to new customers - and then managing the relationships through project deliveryWork towards clear KPIs and revenue goals with structured supportCollaborate with a high-performing, friendly teamBuild your personal brand on and grow your professional network - be an expert in your market and thrive from itYou’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right talent, and in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves.What We’re Looking ForYou don’t need recruitment experience—we’ll teach you that.
