Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor (or equivalent) to join our growing team in Cheshire. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of high-quality private client matters, ranging from wills and estate planning to complex probate cases. You will also play a vital role in fostering client relationships and contributing to the growth of the firm''s private client practice.We can offer a full or part time position with opportunities for professional development and genuine career progression. While some hybrid working options are available, the role requires regular in-office attendance due to its client-focused nature. What youll do: Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Inheritance Tax planning Provide clear, practical advice with exceptional client care Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development Play a key role in shaping the departments growth and culture Who were looking for: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, NQ or above , with strong private client and probate experience and the ability to handle an autonomous caseload from day one Solid knowledge and recent handson experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and related matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, personable, and clientfocused What we offer: Competitive salary from 40,000 upwards , depending on experience and qualifications 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), with additional closure over Christmas Pension scheme Free onsite parking and structured hybrid working flexibility Support for professional development, including the option to fund STEP or ACTAPS for those who do not already hold them Genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing and evolving firmIf you are ready to take ownership of your work and join a team at the start of its next exciting chapter, we would love to hear from you.
