This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property professional with strong experience in estate management and property disposals to work within a busy public sector environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied portfolio of land and property assets.Lead on estate management activities, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations.Deliver property disposals and acquisitions, ensuring best value for the organisation.Provide professional property advice to internal stakeholders and senior management.Prepare reports, valuations, and recommendations relating to property transactions.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and local authority policies.RequirementsSignificant experience working as a Senior Surveyor or Estate Management Surveyor.Strong knowledge of property asset management and disposals.Experience working within a local authority or public sector environment is desirable.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage a varied property portfolio and work independently.Working Arrangements37 hours per weekStandard working hours typically between 08:00 17:30Initial contract expected to run for at least 6 monthsWorking with Seven ResourcingJoin Seven Resourcing and benefit from over a decade of expertise in connecting professionals with exciting career opportunities.
