Territory Manager - Orthodontics (Scotland & Northumberland)We're seeking a commercially focused Territory Manager to drive growth across Scotland and the Newcastle region, supporting a fixed orthodontics portfolio and clear aligner solutions.The RoleYou will take full ownership of sales performance within your territory, increasing revenue and margins through a mix of partner management and new business development. This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships with orthodontic specialists, decision-makers and tender groups.You'll actively uncover new opportunities via distribution partners, tenders and creative market-entry strategies, while also contributing to customer and peer training initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow and develop sales across Scotland and Northumberland regionBuild trusted relationships with orthodontists and key stakeholdersAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsIdentify, qualify, and convert new customersShare product updates and collect market feedbackSupport tenders and regional growth initiativesDeliver product training to customers and internal teamsMaintain accurate CRM activityTrack competitor activity and escalate customer issues where neededAbout You3+ year's experience in the orthodontic or dental industryStrong relationship builder with a growth mindsetTarget-driven and comfortable working independentlyField-based 50–70% of the time, with occasional overnight staysFull UK driving licence requiredIf you're interested in the above role then please click apply or get in touch with Recruitment Consultant – Chantell Fields to discuss further.
