Specification Sales Manager - Northern Ireland

This role is working for a leading family run manufacturer who employ over 2,000 employees throughout Europe. The products will focus on the envelope of the building and are typically used on commercial projects. They have a strong brand across the European market. They are looking to recruit a Specification Sales Manager to manage existing business as well as growing new business. This position came about due to Retirement so there will be an existing pipeline to take over and grow. Key Responsibilities You will be covering the Northern Ireland Territory Field based role Managing an existing portfolio of business and also bringing in new business Selling to Architects via specification sales Relationship Management and Relationship Building Upselling and cross-selling Working closely with Building Contractors and Roofing Contractors Reporting What Skills You Need for this Sales Job Field Sales experience within the Construction industry Selling to Architects is a strong advantage Knowledge of the Roofing industry and Envelope of the Building Living in the Northern Ireland territory Full UK Driving Licence Whats on Offer This Job comes with a basic salary of 60-70k along with commission.
