What youll actually do Youll work in two powerful ways: 1 Talent Connect (15 hires) Traditional recruitment but done properly. We go deep into the business. We shape the role. We source, shortlist, interview, advise, and sometimes even sit on the panel. Its recruitment as partnership, not transaction. 2 Talent Ignite (RPO model) When a client needs to scale fast (e.g. 10 hires), we plug in as their internal Talent Partner. You become part of their team. You influence strategy, process, employer brand, org design and hiring delivery. Its like being Head of Talent for one company - without leaving ours. (Each Talent Acquisition Specialist owns only one Ignite at a time , to protect quality and impact.) Why this role matters You wont just fill jobs. Youll get involved in: Org design Workforce planning (1224 months ahead) Resource strategy Employer brand & storytelling Interview design & assessment Talent roadmaps Culture alignment Leadership advisory Youll be a trusted partner, not a supplier.
