Specification Sales Manager - Northern Ireland

This role is working for a leading family run manufacturer who employ over 2,000 employees throughout Europe. The products will focus on the envelope of the building and are typically used on commercial projects. They have a strong brand across the European market. They are looking to recruit a Specification Sales Manager to manage existing business as well as growing new business. This position came about due to Retirement so there will be an existing pipeline to take over and grow.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be covering the Northern Ireland TerritoryField based role Managing an existing portfolio of business and also bringing in new businessSelling to Architects via specification salesRelationship Management and Relationship BuildingUpselling and cross-sellingWorking closely with Building Contractors and Roofing ContractorsReporting What Skills You Need for this Sales Job Field Sales experience within the Construction industrySelling to Architects is a strong advantage Knowledge of the Roofing industry and Envelope of the BuildingLiving in the Northern Ireland territoryFull UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer This Job comes with a basic salary of 60-70k along with commission.
