HGV Mechanic Fitter

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team. As an on-site Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles to VOSA standard. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. n Preparing vehicles for MOT n Reactive Maintenance of all company fleet including all types of HGV vehicles n Replacing tyres, battery replacements and brake work n Diagnosing and rectifying minor electrical and mechanical faults n Comply with health and safety policy and guidance documents n You must be a qualified HGV mechanic with a professionally recognised qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)n HGV Licence holder and CPC desirable n Qualified City and Guilds Level 3 HGV or equivalent desirable n Job Types: Full-time, Permanent n Pay: 20.00-28.00 per hour n Free parking n Life insurance n MOT prep: 1 year (preferred)n Break Testing: 1 year (preferred)n
