Head of Facilities & HSE Milton Keynes Competitive Salary and Benefits T2M Resourcing are working exclusively with a manufacturing and technology business to recruit a Head of Facilities & HSE.This role will be managing a small team across Health & Safety, Environment & Sustainability, and Facilities Management for a growing site that includes manufacturing/production, warehousing, technology development, and offices.Key duties of Head of Facilities & HSE: Management of property and facilities functionDeveloping a facilities and maintenance roadmap in line with manufacturing growthDriving cultural change across the organisation with Health, Safety and EnvironmentSetting the Health & Safety strategy, working towards ISO45001Drafting policies and procedures across the H&S, ESG, and facilities managementLeading and working in partnership with Environment & Sustainability ManagerSetting the strategy and plan to achieve ISO140011-2-1 leadership and mentoring of team membersRequirements to be successful as Head of Facilities & HSE:Proven leadership in facilities, health 'safety, and ESGThorough and in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations in HSE and facilities managementConfident in leading change of process and cultureAnalytical and able to audit process and policiesExperience in delivering new ISO standards for business, 14001 & 45001Strong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative and mentoring approach to leadershipThis role is based in Milton Keynes and will be based on-site 4-5 days a week.
