We are looking for a passionate and deeply technical Customer Success Engineer to join our remote UK team and become a pivotal part of our growth story.Architecting Customer Success on Our BaaS PlatformAs a Customer Success Engineer at Gemba, you are far more than a support contact; you are a trusted technical and strategic advisor. Your mission is to ensure our clients achieve transformative outcomes by leveraging Gemba's powerful Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge financial products and our clients' ambitious business goals, guiding them as they build, launch, and scale their own financial services on our infrastructure. This is a highly technical, client-facing role where you will combine your deep product expertise with solution engineering and passionate customer advocacy to drive tangible value.How You'll Make an ImpactServe as the primary technical and strategic partner for our clients, from fast-moving Fintech startups to established enterprise partners guiding them from initial API integration to full-scale value realisation and expansion.Provide hands-on, expert-level guidance for integrating our BaaS APIs, troubleshooting payment flows (Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT), and configuring our White Label solutions to meet unique customer business requirements.Become a commercial partner to your clients, proactively identifying opportunities for them to maximize their revenue-share potential and driving account growth by demonstrating the tangible business value of our platform.Master the full capabilities of the Gemba platform, including our multi-currency accounts, bulk payment processing, and AI-driven compliance engine, and act as the voice of the customer to our internal Product and Engineering teams.Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and best-practice guides that empower clients to integrate seamlessly and operate efficiently.Manage complex customer implementations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, predictable, and successful onboarding experience.What You'll Bring to GembaEssential Domain Experience: Demonstrable experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager) within a Fintech, Payments, or BaaS company. This is a foundational requirement.Deep API Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with RESTful APIs and a comprehensive understanding of the integration lifecycle. You have a proven track record of working with developers to solve complex integration challenges.Commercial Acumen: You don't just solve technical problems; you connect them to business outcomes.
