Senior Project Manager – District Heating (Contract – 12 Months)We are supporting a major energy infrastructure business looking to hire a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead adoption model projects within their District Heating portfolio.You’ll manage multiple live projects (typically £1–3 million in value), overseeing the review, integration, and acceptance of assets designed and delivered by third-party contractors. This is a delivery-focused position, reporting directly into the senior leadership team and interfacing with engineering, adoptions, and commercial functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end management of asset adoption projects, interfacing with internal and external stakeholdersProvide monthly reporting against project baselines, timelines, and milestonesOversee and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering Managers, Adoptions Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Customer functionsAct as the key point of contact for project performance, client management, and issue resolutionReview and approve designs and installations by third-party contractors before commissioning and operational onboardingTrack progress across multiple workstreams and provide forward-looking insights on critical paths and delivery risksEnsure compliance, quality, and customer experience remain high throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Strong Project Management background in energy, utilities, or infrastructureExperience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder interfacesM&E background preferred; district heating experience highly desirableStrong client and internal stakeholder management skillsComfortable reporting on progress, risks, and milestonesContract Logistics:Location: UK (Hybrid)Start Date: Depends on the candidate circumstancesContract Type: 12 months with possible extensionIf you have the experience and expertise for this role, please send your CV to roman.floyd@ or apply directly via our website.
