Our clients team prides itself on delivering clear, compliant, and practical advice without unnecessary costs or delays.As a Fire Risk Assessor, youll be responsible for carrying out fire risk assessments, audits, and fire door inspections across commercial and domestic properties throughout the UK.Working within a supportive team, youll produce clear, practical reports and advise clients on how to remain compliant with current fire safety legislation.This is a full-time, permanent role based out of their Northampton office, with hybrid working and national travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out fire risk assessments at sites across the UKCompleting fire door inspections in line with current regulationsReviewing fire safety documentation, procedures, and policiesWriting detailed, actionable reports within 10 working daysAdvising clients on fire safety compliance and improvementsStaying up to date with all relevant fire safety legislation and best practiceLiaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryRequirementsMinimum 2 years experience conducting fire risk assessmentsNEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent) essentialIFSM membership (or willingness to apply)Full UK driving licenceEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)Comfortable with national travel and occasional overnight staysStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBenefitsCompany car and fuel cardLaptop, mobile phone, uniform, PPE and inspection tools provided23 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday offCompany pension schemePaid mileage for business travelRegular team support and staff eventsCareer development opportunities in a growing consultancyJBRP1_UKTJ
