Office Assistant Our client, a well-established property management company based in North West London, is looking for an Office Assistant to support their team with daily administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised and proactive who enjoys working in a structured office environment.Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional mannerManaging company emails and correspondence, ensuring timely responsesFiling and organising company documents (both digital and physical records)Assisting directors with administrative tasks and diary managementTyping up documents, letters, and reports as neededGeneral Office Support:Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventoryHandling incoming and outgoing postCoordinating with external suppliers and contractors when neededAssisting other departments with ad hoc administrative tasksWelcoming visitors and maintaining a tidy reception areaIdeal Candidate:Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident in handling phone calls and professional correspondenceProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Friendly and professional attitude, with good interpersonal skillsBenefits:Salary £24k - £27kOn-site parking included
