We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales/Field Trainer to work across the Midlands, UK for our client- Currys!We do we offer:- 28,800 annual salary plus bonus- Perm contract - 32 hours, 4 days per week- Working days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday- Car allowance and mileageOverall purpose of the role:The Field Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining the training and development of SES colleagues across Currys stores. This role ensures SES colleagues are fully equipped to execute the supplier sales programs, provide an outstanding customer experience, and achieve sales and compliance objectives. The Field Trainer acts as a bridge between suppliers, Currys, and SES colleagues, providing in-store coaching, facilitating training events, and supporting program implementation.About Stellar Global:Stellar Global is a progressive, inclusive retail experience agency that believes in the power of people. By providing bespoke, immersive training programs and opportunities to flourish and progress, Stellar Global is committed to creating a culture of community and support while cultivating outstanding retailKey Accountabilities:In-Store support & field coaching, such as conduct monthly store visits, provide real-time coaching on sales and monitor promotional execution techniquesPerformance monitoring & reporting, assist Account managers, provide insights into training effectivenessEngagement & communication, act as a point of contact for SES colleagues regarding training and drive engagement on the SES Viva Engage platformAchieves KPIs ( training completion rates for SES colleagues (target: 95%+) via improvement in sales performance metrics following training interventionsEmbrace the Stellar values: Stay Curious, Be Can Do, Own it and Work SmartKey Skills & Competencies:Excellent training and presentation skills, both in-person and virtuallyStrong coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on sales performanceKnowledge of retail sales processes, customer engagement, and promotional executionAbility to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable training insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple store visits and training eventsFlexibility to travel frequently to stores across regions.Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience in retail sales, field training, or program managementExperience in training adult learners in a sales environmentFamiliarity with sales tracking systems, performance dashboards, or reporting toolsKnowledge of regulated services (credit, warranties) is preferred.What do we offer:28,800 annual salaryPerm contract - 32 hours, 4 days per weekWorking hrs: 9am-6pmWorking days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday10% bonus on salary subject to KPIs5,600 gross car allowance for 4 daysRole will cover multiple brands in Currys stores across the Midlands regionMust be a driver with own car, insured for business use25p/mile mileageWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
