Internal Account Manager

We have a team of Internal Account Managers based in the Northampton office to provide the highest level of customer service and administrative support to our customer base in order to maximise the sales opportunities for our product proposition. Main duties include:To process customer orders accurately & efficiently and provide customer support within nominated accountsTo provide customers with appropriate information relating to our product and service offeringTo provide customers with the most appropriate solution in response to their enquiry and tender requests, ensuring that every possible avenue is fully exploredWork closely with our external business development managers to provide administration supportRecord, administer and progress customer complaints to enable corrective action to be taken in order to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyWhere necessary, chase outstanding customer paymentsEnsure all relevant information is accurately maintained on all appropriate systems (Global, CRM, WFL server)Ideal candidates will have:Excellent customer service capability and a proven track record of delivery within an internal account management roleExcellent telephone manner and telephone based account management that drives the speed to understand and respond to needsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and willing to learn PConUnderstanding of Inventory ManagementAdvantageous to have a good understanding of the Company ERP or MRP systemGood communication skills (written and verbal)
