Job Description Residential ConveyancerNorthamptonAn established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team in Northampton.The firm has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across the Midlands and beyond, with a collaborative and supportive culture. The residential property team has extensive experience supporting clients through the buying and selling process and prides itself on delivering a personal, professional service.The ONE Group has partnered with this firm for a number of years and knows them to be a forward-thinking, stable and growing business that puts genuine emphasis on employee development and long-term career progression.This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completionAdvising clients on legal aspects of property transactionsDrafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitorsUndertaking searches with Local Authorities and the Land RegistryHandling completion processes including transfer of fundsProviding clear reporting and updates to clients throughout the transactionAbout YouThe firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented conveyancer with strong client relationship skills.You may be a:Licensed ConveyancerResidential Property SolicitorChartered Legal Executive (CILEX)Experienced Conveyancing Executive / Fee EarnerYou will ideally have:Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processesExperience handling transactions including mortgages, transfer of equity, buy-to-let, new build and leasehold propertiesGood understanding of property law and AML proceduresExcellent communication and client service skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesA collaborative and professional approachThe OpportunityThe firm offers:Competitive salary depending on experience.Hybrid working after probation.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Clear opportunities for career progression.Excellent employee benefits packageFor further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch.
