Machine Operative Drawstring Location: Northampton Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:3015:00 or 07:3016:00 Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour Urus Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturer based in Northampton. Key Responsibilities: Operate drawstring machinery to manufacture products. Ensure all products meet quality standards and are completed within production deadlines. Work closely with other departments to support the smooth operation of the upholstery process. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements: Experience operating drawstring machinery is desirable but not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting production targets.
