Job Description About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutors to support students in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalised tuition to students who may need additional academic support outside of a traditional classroom environment.You will work with learners on a one-to-one basis, helping them build confidence, improve their understanding of key subjects, and achieve their educational goals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to the students needsSupport learning in subjects such as English, Maths, or other curriculum areasAdapt teaching methods to suit individual learning stylesTrack student progress and provide feedback where requiredCreate a positive and supportive learning environmentRequirements:Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferredStrong knowledge of the subject(s) you teachGood communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, reliability, and a passion for helping students succeedEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer:Flexible working hours to suit your availabilityCompetitive hourly payOpportunities to work with a variety of studentsOngoing support and resourcesHow to Apply:If you are passionate about education and enjoy helping students reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
