As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a proven HR Manager to lead their people strategy and drive business growth.For the right individual, this is a chance to take full control of the business HR department, lead it from the ground upwards, and become a crucial part of shaping the future of the business.What you’ll be doing:Drive the development and implementation of core HR policies, processes, and people systemsServe as a strategic and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related mattersLead recruitment, onboarding, and career progression frameworksOversee performance management, including appraisals and individual development plansPromote a positive culture through wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programmesManage complex employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary mattersPrepare and verify monthly payroll data in collaboration with an external payroll providerEnsure full compliance with UK employment legislation, GDPR, and internal policiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, employee records, and reporting systemsWhat you’ll need:CIPD Level 7 (completed)Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience within an SME or fast-growing organisationPrevious experience in a finance brokerage or lending environment is highly desirableIn-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesStrategic mindset combined with strong execution and hands-on delivery capabilitiesConfident working autonomously and influencing senior stakeholdersDesirable: Background in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environmentWhat you’ll get:Hybrid/flexible working options following probationEnhanced holiday allowance plus bank holidaysClear progression opportunities in a growing businessInclusive, high-energy team culture with regular socials and incentives
