With a focus on delivering high-quality multi-room developments including student accommodation and residential schemes they have a strong presence in the market and a healthy pipeline of work across the UK. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to both tender and live projects.The Role As a Senior Planner, your primary focus will be on tender planning for multi-room projects. Youll be responsible for producing detailed tender programmes, methodologies, and planning narratives that support the successful bidding of new projects. Youll also play a key role in developing and refining planning strategies during pre-construction. In addition to tender work, you will be involved in a live project where youll help monitor progress, update programmes, and provide reporting for the delivery team.The Person To be successful in this role, you must have extensive planning experience within the construction industry and a solid background in multi-room schemes such as student accommodation or residential blocks. Experience in tender planning is essential, as is a strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject. You should be confident working to tight deadlines, communicating with pre-construction teams, and managing planning inputs at both bid and delivery stages.The Package As a Senior Planner, youll earn a salary of 70,000 to 80,000p/a, depending on experience.
