Clear expectations, disciplined productivity and strong commercial performance underpin the model.An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Partner to take responsibility for multiple offices within the firm.This is a visible leadership role combining regional oversight, commercial accountability and an active client portfolio.You will:Lead the performance and profitability of your regionAct as mentor and line manager to Associate PartnersDrive commercial discipline across teamsRetain and develop a portfolio of larger, more complex clientsContribute to strategic discussions at senior leadership levelThis role sits between the Managing Director and Associate Partners, providing structure, clarity and accountability across the offices.You will remain commercially active while shaping the direction and standards of the wider team.We are looking for an experienced Partner or senior leader from practice who:Understands the commercial dynamics of a multi-office firmHas led senior managers or Partners beforeCan balance autonomy with accountabilityThe firm combines modern operating principles with strong traditional client relationships.
