Quality Controller

Quality Operator NN3, Northampton Monday to Friday, 10:30am 7:00pm 12.21 p/h We are currently recruiting for a Quality Operator to join a busy logistics operation based in NN3, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in maintaining high standards within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out quality checks on inbound and outbound stock Ensuring products meet company and client quality standards Identifying, reporting, and recording quality issues or damages Working closely with warehouse operatives, team leaders, and management Completing quality-related paperwork and system entries accurately Supporting continuous improvement of quality processes Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Key Requirements: Previous experience in a quality, warehouse, or logistics role (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Basic computer literacy A proactive and reliable attitude What We Offer: MondayFriday working hours Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to develop skills within a growing logistics business On-the-job training provided If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity within logistics, we would love to hear from you.
