Job Description Senior Manufacturing EngineerBuckinghamshire Up to 52,000 Monday Thursday 85 | Friday 84 Im working with a well-established manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire who are looking to bring in a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen their team. This would suit either someone already operating at Senior level or an engineer with around five years experience who feels ready to step up.The Role Youll be heavily involved in improving and developing manufacturing processes across the business. Its a hands-on role but also one where youll need to think bigger picture. They need someone with a strong process mindset, methodical, structured and able to understand how machinery and processes link together across the whole system.Youll be:Improving and developing manufacturing processesSupporting production and new product introductionLooking at process flow, efficiencies and continuous improvementSupporting PFMEA, PPAP and general process documentationTroubleshooting issues and driving corrective actionsSupporting and guiding less experienced engineers where neededWhat they needAround 5+ years experience within a manufacturing environmentA strong understanding of machinery and how manufacturing systems interactSomeone process driven with a methodical approachExperience within motor manufacturing, electro mechanical assembly or similar would be a big advantageWhole systems knowledge would be beneficialIdeally apprentice trained or qualified to HNC/HND/Degree levelJBRP1_UKTJ
